"I've been a service customer since my first '88 BMW, and a motorcycle customer since my '01 GS. All of my service is done here, from oil changes on up. Like some others, there are two dealers much closer to my home, but the 74 miles is never an issue. In over 18 years of service work, I've never had one bit of rework. That includes two accident rebuild/repairs at Mathias. Both times, they came in below estimate. I've slowed down on recommending Mathias service to other riders, since it was getting harder for ME to get a summer appointment. I've never been offered better prices on tires and service. I've never had a complaint. Mathias customers are pretty nice, too. "

"found other dealers prices to high or service managers not willing to talk price over the phone, (come & get your service & regret the price later). Not so with Mathias. I was told pricing for a tire, battery, & all oils changed. Service tech even went above & behond to inspect the air filter, & thank God for that, found a mouse nest that would have cost many $$. A 90 mile ride for me, but well worth it. Thank you Mathias"

"Gene and company have repaired my crashes (more than one) professionally each time. I have never felt cheated nor have I felt like an outsider. Took a cross-country trip summer 2008, stopped for service in Arizona and found I had a real seal leak. Price 2300.00 and two days. Called Jamie, advised problem, assured me I could complete the trip. Came back and the service was completed for less than half. Great group, honest, and friendly."

"I live within 20 miles of two BMW dealers but usually ride 115 miles each way to New Philly for service. Mathias is what a motorcycle dealer should be like: Appropriate size, good selection, friendly people, user friendly and the service department is not located behind a locked door with an "employees only" sign. "

"Wow, what a bunch of great people. I rode in at 9:30 on a Monday morning with a broken RT that wouldn't charge. They got me up and running, including an oil change and alternator belt in no time. These guys are real professionals and know what their doing. I was so impressed with their operation and attitude that I'm trailering my CL down for some service work this week, even though I have a BMW dealer within 10 miles of my house. If you want quality service, friendly people, and reasonable pricing - you've gotta go to Mathias! "

"Think I found a new dealer. I think I will be buying my next bike from Gene and the group at Mathias BMW. I had a roadside flat on the rear Gene got me in and back out in 30 minutes and the price was great!!!! And so was the service. A dealer 5 miles from where I broke down wanted to charge me full list for rear tire plus another $65 in mounting and disposal. Called Gene was $100 better so I made the 66 mile trip to Mathias. Thanks again "

""From the moment Jamie and helped me take my bike off the trailer to when Gene gave me my invoice that came in UNDER the quote these guys are the true meaning of professionals. I have never before walked away smiling after paying a bill but its impossible not to. The mechanics are knowledgeable and worked extra hard to have my bike ready on time. Gene's patience with all my questions and willingness to go the extra mile to accommodate my time frame was nothing more than exemplary. "How could any one ask for anything more? They are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, AND THEY RIDE MOTORCYCLES. Not to mention that Jammie races bikes and can fix them if need be.
